Applicable Charges

  • Processing Fees

    Loan processing fees shall be charged based on loan sanctioned amount

  • Interest

    Pricing shall be linked to SLIBOR * for fund based facility

  • Commission

    Shall be charged on pro rata basis based on the tenure and the amount of non-fund based facility being availed

Terms & conditions

  • Annual Turnover of the company should be between LKR 100.0 million to LKR 2.50 billion.
  • Client should be willing to provide security in the form of Cash Collateral or Primary Mortgage over land / building.
